New kitchen pantry

 

This is the kitchen pantry I built for our kitchen remodel. The carcasses (8 of them....4 lower, 4 upper) are made of birch plywood, with the face and door frames being poplar. The beadboard (both door panels and backsplash) are real wood, not MDO or plywood. The hardware is polished nickel, and the countertop is 2.5" thick maple butcherblock, recycled from a lab at work that was remodeled. This was easily the biggest project I've ever worked on, as all of the door/faceframe joinery was done by hand.
