Night stands

 

I made two of these for our bedroom. Made of clear eastern white pine with banded plywood top. Features pegged through mortise-and-tenon construction and a drawer just barely big enough for our remote controls. Again finished with shellac, but this time it was padded on before final assembly...a MUCH better way of applying it! All subsequent projects involving shellac have seen it applied with a pad.
